Mito Gaspar is a name that suggests a peculiar way of been in the Popular Angolan Music of rural emanation. Without minimizing the morality values, Mito Gaspar does not characterize himself as anti- innovation and through the enhancement of the modern music technologies, and turn upside down the opinion of most skeptical how about the real possibility of rejoice among the language of the occidental techniques and the most classic values of the africanism.
Originated from a farm and humble family, Mito Gaspar was born in 1957, in Cacuso, province of Malanje, and it’s not going beyond by establishing in parallel between subjacent stylish philosophy his music and developed art by emblematic names of the African music such as: Manu Dibango, Ray Lema, Papa Wemba, Lokua Kanza, Youssou Ndour and Salif Keita.
